I am a clinically trained, licensed
psychotherapist and career coach based in New York City with over 20 years of
experience working in executive leadership positions in nonprofit organizations
and developing staff competencies and capabilities. I’ve learned through my experience that people
can be developed into strong leaders, both in their professional lives, as well
as in their personal lives.
Psychotherapy
My clinical training from New York University has developed my psychotherapy skills in psychodynamic, insight-oriented therapy and cognitive behavioral models in a harm reduction modality. I have also received credentialing as an alcohol and substance abuse counselor. I work with all adult specializing LGBT issue, working with people questioning gender identity and those questioning sexual orientation. My experience has been in HIV, sexual health, addiction, life changes and transitions, and mood disorders, inclusive of depression and anxiety.

I provide coaching in managing and developing staff, developing management systems, and improving the effectiveness of teams. I can work with you and/or your staff to develop a performance improvement plan and improve the effectiveness of your work to a point of mastery. Individual coaching sessions are available as are packages for short and long-term goal achievement.
